Introduction of the structure of carbide rotary file

The carbide rotary file is composed of two parts: the carbide working head with spiral groove and the handle of the clamping part. The small file is integral cemented carbide and the handle is steel. The welding strength of cemented carbide and steel handle should be able to withstand stress greater than that under normal working conditions to ensure the connection strength and reliability of file force at work. Therefore, hard alloy knife after welding, to carry out necessary tests and strict inspection. When bending test is done, the hard alloy shall not fall off and there shall be no crack at the welding seam.
The cutting edge of carbide rotary file is polished with high quality diamond grinding wheel. The spiral Angle of each point of the cutting edge should be the same, which plays a decisive role in ensuring the sharpness of the cutting edge, the smoothness of cutting, the productivity and the surface finish.
